New to San Francisco, FHSP is an exciting permanent housing intervention focusing on rehousing SIP guests in private market units. Under the direction of the Housing Coordination and Retention Manager, the Housing Coordination and Retention Specialist assists clients with finding housing that meets their preferences, helps complete applications, and supports them as they integrate into their new housing. The Housing Coordination and Retention Specialist will work with partners providing housing focused case management and ECS Behavioral Health Clinician II Support clients in viewing units and completing applications for units that meet the clients preferences. Provide education on being a respectful neighbor and responsible tenant to clients in order to promote stabilization and successful tenancy.
