Description Job Summary: The essential duties are to perform routine and preventive maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensures cleanliness of designated area within site. - Sweep and mop all floors and vacuum carpets and dust all surfaces. - Empty all trash receptacles and biohazard containers. - Clean and disinfect bathrooms, refill tissue, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer, etc. - Clean and disinfect all countertops, exterior of appliances (refrigerators, microwaves, etc.) and furniture. - Clean glass on entrances and exits and all interior glass as needed. - Clean all stainless (bathrooms, kick plates, sinks, water fountains, door hardware - Sweep all entrance and exit areas (porches, sidewalks) - Ensure MSDS sheets are current for all chemicals. Adhere to all applicable Environment of Care Standards. Report any quality or safety related matters to immediate supervisor - Monthly: Assist in preparation to buff all VCT floors. - Semi-Annual: Strip and wax (scrub and re-coat as needed) VCT floors with 4 coats of high solids wax; Clean all window interior and exterior (entire building). -...
