Product Assembler - 2nd Shift Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm-1:30am Pay: $17/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential Job Overview The Product Assembler plays a key role in assembling high quality products that are defect free and ready for shipment. Team members may rotate between stations as needed to support production. Responsibilities: - Assemble metal and plastic components using air, battery, and hand tools - Package completed products (boxing, palletizing, wrapping) - Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams - Inspect parts and finished products for quality and defects - Perform basic product testing - Maintain tools and a clean, organized work area - Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED preferred, not required - 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred - Mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble products accurately - Ability to read blueprints and shop floor documentation Skills: - Strong attention to detail and quality - Problem solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work well with others in a team environment - Professional and reliable work ethic Physical Requirements: - Stan...
