Quality Engineer Assistant - (G-Project)

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer Assistant to support our Out of Box Audit (OBA) and manufacturing quality activities. In this role, you will actively contribute to failure analysis, corrective action implementation, inspector certification, and cross-functional quality improvement initiatives within a high-volume production environment. This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in testing systems and quality processes. Key Responsibilities: OBA & Inspection Support: Support and oversee daily activities of the OBA (Out of Box Audit) team Supervise onboarding and certification of OBA inspectors Regularly evaluate inspector competency levels and deliver training on new processes Provide direct technical guidance to the OBA team when required Failure Analysis & Corrective Actions: Initiate and lead immediate root cause analysis of OBA and test-related defects Collaborate closely with Engineering, Test Engineering, and Quality teams Define the scope of potentially affected products Propose corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurrence Verify effectiveness and ensur...
