Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in technical program management, managing cross-functional programs within infrastructure, security, or cloud-native environments. Preferred qualifications: - Experience leading large-scale programs involving public cloud infrastructure and knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity technical domain. - Experience delivering security solutions and managing large-scale programs. - Track record of managing organizational change and resolving high-friction stakeholder dynamics at the leadership level. - Ability to drive the steering committee and cross-functional team meetings to deliver technical solutions while mitigating risks and resolving issues. - Ability to demonstrate a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions with solutions oriented. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, and active listening skills.
