Description Job Summary: The Industrial Packaging Designer will work to help the Design R&D team bring innovative packaging solutions to the market for our clients (Top 100 CPG brands). This individual will aid in creating packaging concepts from ideation, validation to commercialization, developing visual renderings with placeholder graphics and designing packaging formats for retail. This role will also support collaboration with cross-functional teams to fulfill internal and external packaging requests, as well as helping to drive strategic innovation internally. What You'll Own and Achieve: - Design and develop conceptual packaging formats within the snacks and confections industry that fulfill a specific occasion and need for the consumer - Create placeholder graphics utilizing client assets or new creations for outbound pitch opportunities primarily for tradeshows, conferences, prospect pitches, and/or in-house support - Lead communication with packaging suppliers for primary and secondary packaging to obtain, file, and organize packaging quotes - Help conduct market research at retail outlets collecting and scanning data to present to clients - Assist with the preparation an...
