Position Overview: The Certified Account Coordinator (CAC) is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer support is provided to our certified Aerospace and Defense customers. This requires communicating effectively, verbally and written, with customers, commercial teams, supply chain teams and other stakeholders. The CAC will perform various complexities of sales order entries and order administration support activities for customer accounts. This role requires expertise in AS9120 certified account protocol and documentation requirements. Additionally, this role acts as an expeditor between the team and AS9120 certified customers to ensure our customer commitments are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the order fulfillment process in a manner that promotes building and maintaining positive, effective relationships with external and internal customers and according to the AS9120 quality requirements.
