Philanthropy Coordinator (Donor Relations)

The Donor Relations Coordinator performs a wide variety of administrative and project management tasks supporting BILH’s comprehensive stewardship and capital recognition program. The coordinator maintains strong and collaborative working relationships with colleagues from across the system, including frontline fundraisers, department and facilities administrators, and donors to support our philanthropic objectives. The coordinator will be responsible for the: 1. Execution and tracking of donor capital recognition database and plans. 2. Presenting (via power point and in person) and refining capital recognition plans based on donor/gift officer feedback and construction timelines 3. Aiding the team in ensuring timely and thoughtful responses to requests for recognition 4. Facilitating special stewardship as needed Job Description: Primary Responsibilities: 1.
