Opportunity Details Position Title: Staff Psychiatrist-Growing Programs: Location: Augusta, GA The Center provides comprehensive care for both children and adolescent populations with psychological issues, as well as adults facing psychiatric and substance abuse challenges. Beyond its clinical offerings, Lighthouse Care Center supports patient recovery with recreational activities and an accredited on-campus school, promoting wellness through physical activity and social interaction. Position Overview: - Role: Employed Staff Psychiatrist - Patient Population: Child/Adolescent and Adult populations - Schedule: 5 days a week, daytime hours. - Weekend Coverage: 1:4 Saturday/Sunday in-person rounding. - Weekday Call: One evening call shift per week by phone only. - Employment Type: Full-time employed position. RTC/Inpatient/Outpatient mix, ideally child-adult populations - Additional earnings potential: Extra call options and Productivity Bonus Plan.
