About the Role: As a Baker 1 - Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high‑quality food production, strong team leadership, and smooth daily operations across multiple kitchen areas. Working closely with senior chefs, you’ll uphold culinary standards, drive performance, and support the development of internal talent.
