As Head of UxV Equipment, you will drive operational excellence, strategic product definition, and end-to-end delivery of complex, mass-produced equipment for UxV. This vital role bridges engineering and clients, ensuring our centralized product vision translates into successful program execution. You will manage the business plan, define the product roadmap, and act as a senior escalation point, ensuring all equipment (especially radar and radio systems) meets stringent technical and contractual defense standards.
