The Opportunity Old Mill is seeking a Senior Qualified Accountant to join our Rural Team in Exeter. In this role, you will work with some of our larger and more complex rural clients, delivering high-quality accounts and tax services and helping clients navigate the unique challenges of the rural sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an AAT-qualified accountant who enjoys technical work, values strong client relationships and is ready to take ownership of more intricate portfolios. A rural background would be beneficial, but it is not essential. What matters most is your technical capability and commitment to delivering exceptional service. About You: You will have a solid background within accountancy practice and hold your AAT qualification. You are comfortable preparing accounts and supporting tax work for a varied client base, and you take pride in accuracy, clarity and meeting deadlines. You are ready to step into more complex assignments and contribute to a team that values quality and collaboration. You will enjoy building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
