Do you want to make the consumer loan application process easier and smarter for both customers and the bank using data? As a Customer Journey Expert within Consumer Lending, you will work on impactful lending journeys that balance customer experience, commercial growth and regulatory requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape future lending propositions while working in a data-driven environment. The team: You will join the Origination / Apply team within Consumer Lending. The team consists of Customer Journey Experts, IT developers, data analysts and scientists, and other stakeholders working closely together to realise ING’s strategic lending ambitions. We work on complex, high-impact journeys where collaboration, experimentation and learning are key.
