As we grow, we need to continue to evolve and transform our business to be ready for what’s to come. To continue our drive to be the partner of choice for our clients, we are seeking a Transformation Director to shape our business for the future. As we grow, our business will need to evolve to reflect the broader range of projects, products and services we offer. This role will form part of the Operational Leadership Team (OLT) and will report to the Operations and Commercial Director. Your role: - The purpose of this role is to lead change, engagement and adoption across complex business improvement and transformation initiatives, ensuring change is coherent, well‑understood and sustainably embedded across the Nuclear EMEA business. - In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and shaping how major transformation initiatives land across the organisation, working closely with senior leaders, programme sponsors and governance forums on high‑profile, business‑critical change. - You will act as a connector across...
