Clinical Pharmacist Kings Park Hospital 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £49,750.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification) Kings Park Hospital in Stirling is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join their team of staff in the Pharmacy Department. This is a full- time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: Conduct medication reviews for inpatients and outpatients, identifying interactions, contraindications, and opportunities for medicines optimisation. Provide tailored advice to patients on their treatment plans, including side effects, compliance, and lifestyle considerations. Support safe prescribing through reconciliation, clinical screening, and dose adjustment.
