The Director, Social Media & Digital Marketing is a creative and strategic thinker who advances the institutional mission and supports the strategic goals of the MARCOM unit. Reporting to the Vice President for Marketing & Communications, this position plays a key role in promoting the BCCC story to multiple audiences to drive enrollment growth, strengthen engagement, and enhance the student experience. The Director of Social Media & Digital Marketing manages the College’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) overseeing all aspects including strategy, content creation, scheduling, analytics, and performance reporting.
