Brown & Brown is seeking Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our growing team in Ft. Lauderdale, FL The Employee Benefits Account Manager will provide customer service duties for customer accounts and transactions, in support of the production of the business. Collaborate with the producer(s) in the servicing and marketing of new accounts in accordance with the standards and procedures of the office. How You Will Contribute: Cultivate, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company by optimizing resources to address the client's needs, including risk and the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues. Manage and retain existing book of business. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing daily servicing activities, billing, inquiries, and in-person or virtual meetings, and proactively identifying opportunities for account rounding and organic growth.
