As a Cashier, you will play a significant role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience by providing exceptional customer service and efficiently processing all forms of payments. This is an individual contributor role within the Auto industry, offering competitive pay and benefits. Compensation & Benefits: This is a part-time hourly administrative job with competitive pay. The salary range is $16 to $18 per hour. The hours necessary to work are 1pm to 5 pm, 5 or 6 days per week. Sundays off. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner. Computes customer bills. Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received. Makes change and issues receipts to customers. Provides refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise or as directed by managers. Reconciles cash drawer daily.
