The role: This is a newly created, high-impact role sitting at the centre of our global risk strategy. You’ll lead how we design, manage and evolve Merlin’s insurance programme across multiple markets — partnering with senior leaders, brokers and global teams to protect our people, our guests and our business. You’ll also act as a trusted advisor to the Corporate Governance & Secretariat Director and Chief Legal Officer, bringing clarity, insight and confidence to complex decisions.
