As a Sr. Program Specialist — Risk & Compliance Operations, you will ensure Membership Services is operationally ready to meet legal and regulatory requirements in every member interaction — reinforcing the trust that empowers every member to perform every day. Sitting within the Membership Services Program Management team, you will translate evolving standards — from data privacy to global health regulations — into scalable workflows, systems, and tools that enable compliant, high-quality support for new products and features. RESPONSIBILITIES: Operationalize compliance by translating legal, regulatory, and data privacy guidance into SOPs, tooling requirements, and decision trees tailored to Membership Services. Partner upstream with Product, Health, Legal, and Engineering teams to flag risks early and embed operational readiness into the launch of new features, channels, or markets.
