Working in close collaboration with designers and buyers, you drive the product development from a fit perspective according to trends and strategies. By creating, adjusting and grading patterns, developing size specifications and ensuring consistency of fit. You use both 2D and 3D tools such as Lectra and CLO to secure efficient workflow and precise results. You lead fittings, create patterns and gradings. Suggest smart construction solutions that will contribute to responsible choices.
