Join us as a Client Manager I The Client Manager I position provides foundational support to the Relationship Manager Team Leader serving as a primary point of contact for our clients, including those with complex needs. The role independently manages the day-to-day client activities, ensures timely resolution of client needs, and maintains a high level of service to strengthen client relationships. The Client Manager I prepares client presentations, supports client meetings, and assists in portfolio review discussions. This position also coordinates administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of team workflows and contributing to an efficient client service process.
