Key Responsibilities: - Draft, negotiate and advise on a variety of complex commercial agreements (e.g., inbound and outbound technology licenses, service agreements, co-marketing and co-branding agreements and software and SaaS agreements) - Provide strategic legal advice to the Law Department and internal stakeholders regarding Verisign’s registry, product and marketing businesses.
