About the Role: The Partner Recruiting & Integration Assistant - Research & Analysis is an integral part of Latham’s Partner Recruiting & Integration team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance in support of the activities and processes of partner and counsel hiring and integration for the firm’s United States offices, as directed by the Partner Recruiting & Integration Manager and other department leadership as applicable, while assisting with scheduling interviews for lateral partner and counsel candidates and collating feedback.
