Rogers Group, Inc., headquartered in Nashville, is a privately held aggregates and asphalt highway construction company operating in 13 states with over 3,500 employees. RGI, established in 1908, has the distinction of being recognized as the largest privately held aggregate producer in the United States. Rogers Group is currently seeking an Accountant for our Middle Tennessee operations. The candidate will report to the Columbia, TN office daily. The position reports to the Area Controller. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth. Job Responsibilities: Actively participate in accounting functions of the Middle Tennessee operations including month-end close, financial analysis, accounts payable, inventory management, and other reporting as required by management.
