Responsibilities: Driving Key Tax & Finance Initiatives: You will support the development and continuous improvement of key topics within Tax & Finance, including Tax CMS-related initiatives, while contributing your own ideas and perspectives. Supporting International Tax Projects: You will collaborate on group-wide tax matters such as transfer pricing and support international projects related to integrations and mergers. Improving Processes & Policies: In close cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders, you will help develop practical and scalable solutions to meet tax and regulatory requirements (e.g. EU regulations, Pillar Two, intercompany pricing). Acting as a Cross-Functional Partner: You will work closely with Finance, Legal, and external advisors and gradually become a trusted point of contact for cross-functional topics and projects. Contributing to Transformation Projects: You will take an active role in international transformation initiatives, including integrations, legal restructuring projects, and process improvements, helping to drive projects forward effectively.
