Job Summary The Senior Training Manager is a high-impact individual contributor who serves as a learning content strategist and design expert within Medline’s Learning & Development organization. This role owns the end-to-end learning content strategy, design, and development process, partnering closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, engaging, and accessible training. Acting as the primary liaison between business partners and design teams, the role translates business needs into effective learning solutions while managing a complex portfolio of projects, priorities, and timelines. With no direct people management, this high-autonomy role relies on strong collaboration, strategic partnership, and expertise to drive learning solutions from concept through handover.
