Team Member Customer Resolution Prenton, 3 Prenton Way Prenton CH43 3ET Salary from £27,498 per annum: Permanent: Office based role with occasional working from home, based around business needs Help us create a better future, quicker Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to customers who contact us for a General Enquiry. Responsible for ensuring customers are managed well through our General Enquiries process end to end liaising with key District staff and Contract partners to deliver exceptional service. In addition to this responsible for Delivering the close down where relevant to ensure customers are fully satisfied with the work we have completed.
