Description Introduction: This position is a hybrid, field-based role requiring residency within the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill (Triangle) metro area. The role supports an assigned local territory with frequent in-person engagement. The Business Development Associate is responsible for building and growing service-based relationships between Raleigh Radiology and referring physicians, clinical partners, and community stakeholders. This includes driving awareness of imaging services, supporting referral workflows and technology, and optimizing client engagement and patient access. This position reports to the Executive Director of Strategic Growth and is part of the Growth team (Business Development & Marketing). Key Responsibilities: - Promote existing and new medical imaging services through a variety of outreach methods, including in-person visits, cold calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and attendance at events and conferences. - Develop, grow, and manage relationships with physician practices, health systems, and community stakeholders using a multi-channel, consultative approach. - Design and execute territory-specific market development plans to prioritize high-value acc...
