Mission Overview: This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Program Manager Business within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement. Mission Context: One of the client’s clusters is dedicated to Automation/Robotics solutions, managing over 200 bots across various entities. At the start of 2026, teams from the Client Servicing entity migrated to a strategic partnership with a major consulting firm. In this transformation context, a new initiative has been launched to migrate 83 robots to a dedicated robotics platform. Responsibilities: - Structure and steer the initiative in line with Agile methodologies. - Ensure professional communication with middle and senior management (C-level) within the client and partners. - Elaborate on the initiative by preparing and animating ceremonies, defining and prioritizing OPUS, and managing the initiative with stakeholders. - Oversee end-to-end monitoring (scope, quality, budget, timing) of developments until go-to-market. - Collaborate closely with the Cluster Produ...
