Job Summary The Senior Product Engineer is responsible for the technical definition, development, integration, and lifecycle support of modular, rack‑ and row‑based IT infrastructure solutions. This role serves as a key technical interface to customers, translating customer requirements into robust, compliant, and manufacturable product solutions while ensuring alignment with internal engineering standards and product roadmaps. The Product Engineer works cross‑functionally with Product Management, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations for performance, reliability, serviceability, and scalability. The role combines hands‑on engineering execution, systems thinking, and direct customer engagement throughout the product and project lifecycle.
