The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills. The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 Disease Management reports to a Supervisor. The position primarily supports inbound member and provider calls.
