Repairs Surveyor

Job description

We have a new opportunity for a Repairs Surveyor to join our Guinness Property team. As a Repairs Surveyor, you will carry out surveys and property inspections and oversee the delivery of subcontracted repairs to ensure repairs are highlighted and completed in accordance with Guinness standards and timeframes. Reporting into our Complex Repairs Manager, you will carry out surveys of properties within your specified region, including Damp Mould and Condensation inspections. You will be responsible for diagnosing the cause of complex faults and failures, and post-inspection works supporting Guinness Property to ensure high-quality, optimum works are delivered in budget, on time, safely and to a high standard whilst achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction KPIs and ensuring value for money is achieved through the delivery of effective procurement and management of repairs.
