About the role: This is a 3rd shift role focused on supporting machining (CNC mills and Swiss lathes), wire electrical discharge machining (EDM), and stamping operations in Arden Hills. Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, preventative maintenance, as well as performing quality testing related to the production of machined/stamped components. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
