Job Summary: Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution Business in (San Leandro, CA) In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Complying with Health, Safety & Environmental policies and utilizing appropriate PPE - Managing customer parts counter activities including phone and walk-in support - Processing transactions accurately (cash, check, and credit card) - Maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships - Escalating complex customer concerns appropriately - Supporting sourcing and fulfillment of complex or hard-to-find parts - Collaborating with technicians to identify and procure parts efficiently - Managing stock levels, shipping/receiving, and inventory-related activities - Supporting core processing and other warehouse functions as assigned - Identifying opportunities to upsell complementary products and services - Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and warehouse In order to be successful in this ro...
