Job description

Position: Barista Department: Food and Beverage: Job Summary: Contributes to the success by providing legendary guest service to all guests. Creates the Forbes Four Star Experience by providing guests with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Duties and Responsibilities (specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to): - Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Food and Beverage. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team. - Anticipates guest and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for cues.
