(HMS, Eaglesoft) - Performs billing in accordance with established procedures - Organizes and maintains dental records and a confidential filing system. - Enters client data into HMS and Eagle Soft, scans documents as requested. - Organizes and complete projects as assigned - Maintain patient’s records. - Complies with security procedure guidelines. - Confirm appointments and scan client records daily. - Demonstrates team support to dental staff - Operates photocopy and fax machines, computers, terminals, scanners and printers accurately - Travel to all clinics and school sites as requested - Assists in planning, training, filing and review of clerical work. - Establish and maintain good working relationship with staff and sup...
