Lead Custodian Salary Range: $43,571.00-$55,176.00 Yearly. Individuals new to state service start at the minimum of the pay plan. This is a permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours/week position. Working under the Evening and Weekends Events and Operations Coordinator, the successful candidate is accountable for acting as a lead custodian for a staff of four to nine custodians and the full range of basic tasks in cleaning and maintenance of the Student Union building. This position is categorized as Emergency Support Services/Essential Staff. The individual in this role must be willing to work during emergency closures/delayed openings due to inclement weather or for significant events that affect campus operations.
