The Role The Director, Logistics Operations US leads Moderna’s US Logistics Operations Hub, accountable for resilient, compliant, and high-performing distribution execution across GDP, GMP, and Cold Chain frameworks. This role ensures operational excellence across 3PL management, network performance, and distribution reliability, while embedding digital capabilities and AI-driven orchestration into day-to-day logistics operations. As Process Line Leader for Global Logistics, this role owns the systems and AI roadmap as business lead for agentic initiatives under the Moderna Intelligent Supply Chain. Accountable for cross-functional integration and scalable innovation, the PLL drives Control Tower evolution, end-to-end visibility, trade compliance technology, IoT-enabled lane validation, and automation programs, delivering measurable P&L impact and ROCE improvement.
