Job Title: Account Executive, Business Development Department: Ticketing: Reports to: Director, Premium Hospitality & Business Development Job Summary: The Account Executive, Business Development reports to the Director, Premium Hospitality & Business Development and will assist with all outbound ticket sales related functions. This individual will be primarily responsible for selling each facet of our business: season tickets, partial plans, premium single match tickets, and group tickets. What You’ll Do: - Generate new business via direct B2B and B2C outreach, with a focus on each sales facet of our business - Lead our Ticket Sales and Service team in overall phone call and email activity with prospective ticket buyers - Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals - Manage interactions with prospects through use of CRM system including accurately documenting client information and abiding by team policies and procedures - Build relationships with prospective customers via outbound communication efforts and enhance those relationships through face to face and virtual appointments - Collaborate with Marketing, Special Events, Community Relations, and Ticket...
