100% Onsite in El Paso, TX Active Secret Clearance is required Required Certifications (Must be current): CompTIA Security+ CompTIA A+ Windows Computing Environment Certification (Windows 10/11 or equivalent) Microsoft Certification (Windows 10 or similar) Overview: We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide hands-on IT support in a federal client environment . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, user interaction, and working in a structured, mission-focused setting. What You’ll Do: - Provide Tier I/II support for end users Troubleshoot issues with: - Windows desktops and laptops - Microsoft Office applications - Network connectivity and peripherals - Respond to tickets via phone, email, and in person - Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software - Support user onboarding and system setup - Escalate complex issues as needed Required Qualifications: - Active Secret Clearance - 2–5 years of IT support experience - Strong communication and customer service skills - Experience supporting Windows-based environments
