Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Division of Interventional and Structural Cardiology Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our outpatient cardiology team in the Division of Interventional and Structural Cardiology. NP/PAs within the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine work within care teams comprised of both physicians and NP/PAs working collaboratively. In a care team model, NP/PAs are partnered with physician, nursing, and administrative colleagues to support patient care needs of the team. In addition to supporting team based care, the NP/PA also maintains their own clinic with individual patients. Together, the teams provide care for a wide range of cardiac patients across subspecialities including general cardiology, valve clinic, heart rhythm clinic, advanced heart failure/cardiac transplant clinic, adult congenital heart disease clinic, vascular clinic, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy clinic.
