Department Overview: The Site Engineering team in Nodnett serves as the technical backbone for cell sites in the radio network, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on maintenance. In terms of Operational Management, the team ensures maximum uptime through rigorous maintenance and subcontractor oversight, while providing essential Customer and Operator Support by troubleshooting equipment and managing technical requests for onsite users. Power resilience is a top priority, involving the deployment of Alternative Power Solutions like solar or generators and the execution of critical Battery Tests to guarantee that UPS systems perform during outages.
