Overview The Supply Chain Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing leads end-to-end processes for the health system’s enterprise-wide sourcing strategy by designing, implementing, and overseeing category strategies, market analyses, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations. This hands-on leader ensures best value for all goods and services procured by the organization through rigorous analysis, competitive sourcing, vendor performance management, and contract governance. The Senior Director ensures alignment with Joint Commission, Department of Health (DoH), CMS, and all applicable federal and state regulatory requirements while supporting the system’s financial, clinical, and operational objectives. This role provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and leadership for the Strategic Sourcing team, driving high performance, measurable savings, and long-term supplier partnerships.
