Job Description: The Marketing & Business Development (MBD) Manager is at the center of Sheladia Associates, Inc.’s (Sheladia) MBD Department acting as the liaison for all coordination and implementation efforts and activities of the Department. They are responsible for the ownership of the MBD Department’s processes and plan implementation, data analysis and management, budget management, performance and overall quality control. The MBD Manager will lead improvement and futurization efforts, driving impactful change and expansion to meet the dynamic needs of the company and the ever-changing landscape of marketing and business development tools and practices.
