Job description

What will you be doing? As a Team Lead Service , you organize and coordinate the activities within the team. You monitor the planning, quality, and capacity of the international service team. In addition, you act as the link between the Service Manager, Service Coordinators, and Service Engineers, including at international locations. You ensure that your team members have the right resources, knowledge, and support to perform their work effectively. You lead in a coaching-oriented manner and encourage both the personal and professional development of your team members. Together with the service coordinators, you ensure that service activities and projects are carried out efficiently and in accordance with agreements, specifications, and target margins. You act as the main point of contact for progress, content, and quality, both internally and towards clients. You also contribute to contract development and the successful execution of assignments with healthy margins.
