Workplace Relations Specialist Melbourne based | Great leadership and Team Kinetic is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Specialist to join the Workplace Relations team on a Permanent basis . This is a hands on advisory and case management role supporting complex employee and industrial relations matters across a large, operational and unionised workforce. About the role: - Provide expert employee and industrial relations advice to operational leaders and People teams - Manage complex and high-risk ER and IR matters end to end - Lead responses to external claims including unfair dismissal and general protections matters - Prepare written submissions, evidence and correspondence for matters before the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals - Support investigations into complex workplace issues to ensure fair and compliant outcomes - Contribute to enterprise agreement bargaining including drafting and industrial strategy input - Engage with unions and employee representatives to support effective consultation and dispute resolution - Develop and deliver ER and IR training and guidance for leaders - Monitor legislative and industrial instrument changes and support ongoing co...
