Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience with agreement negotiations and drafting in the infrastructure field, with the focus on power generation or power infrastructure. - 5 years of experience in energy or infrastructure project financial structuring and analysis. - 5 years of experience in financial modeling for energy transactions (e.g., utility supply, PPAs, etc.). Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing utility agreements and energy-related issues. - Experience in financial modeling and implementing clean energy initiatives. - Ability to comfortably work in ambiguous, collaborative, and fast-moving environments.
