This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and partners across the organization. The analyst will also mentor peers and hourly Cast Members, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and inclusion. The role is accountable to important project work and is the primary support of the Workforce Strategy Manager – Business Analytics in their absence.
