Job description

Translates Mayo Clinic and Enterprise Revenue Cycle visions into meaningful and effective responses and results. Provides vision and general direction to areas of responsibility and ensures management and staff are trained, developed and delegated authority to carry out responsibilities and objectives for the daily operations. Participates in strategic planning to support organization's strategic direction. Develops strategic and operational plans to carry out the mission of Mayo Clinic and the Enterprise Revenue Cycle. Possesses overall knowledge appropriate to functions being managed with broad knowledge of theories of professional management. Supports and fosters opportunities to improve processes and acts as a catalyst for realizing these improvements. Acts as a facilitator and generator of new ideas and a mediator on difficult issues. Brings awareness of current external environment issues to the Enterprise Revenue Cycle and the Mayo Clinic. Participates in the leadership of the Enterprise Revenue Cycle by chairing and serving on Enterprise-wide projects/groups, task forces, councils and committees.
